Configurations
Member accounts are automatically deactivated if they remain inactive beyond the duration set in the Inactivity Duration for Deactivation (in days) flag. You can set this duration between 90 and 999 days, with a default of 90 days.
To determine whether an account has been inactive for the specified duration, the most recent activity is checked in the following order:
Last Activated at: The last time the account was activated.
Last Active Session: The most recent session when the member used Collaborate.
Registration Date: If no recent activity is found, the date the member registered is considered.
Invited on Date: If the registration date is unavailable, the date the member was invited is used.
Created on Date: If none of the above timestamps exist, the account’s creation date is used.
