Alert Feedback Enhanced

The feedback flow for alerts in the Member Portal is now enriched for a better user experience. Share your opinion by liking or disliking an alert, selecting ratings, and submitting detailed feedback for each alert. Other Enhancements
  • In an RFI alert, hover over the respondent profile to view details such as name and email, enhancing transparency and effective communication. This enhancement is available based on the configuration in the Analyst Portal.

  • As a part of Intelligence Requirements, the following options are now available:

    • You can follow and unfollow multiple IRs simultaneously, which aids in an efficient user experience.

    • You can now delete IRs in draft status, which ensures that your IRs are organized based on your preference.

  • Intel Lake now supports Revoked as a CQL parameter, which gives you information about the validity of an indicator.

  • The Knowledge Base now includes sub-categories for articles for enhanced organization and accessibility.

  • The Alerts layout is now enhanced for a better user experience, with the grouping of Export, Bookmark, and other options while selecting multiple alerts.

  • When you select a Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) while directly sharing intel or RFI as alerts, the recipient groups are now automatically displayed based on the selected TLP. Other Enhancements
  • In Configurations, you can now enable an option (Display RFI Responder Details to Members) to allow members to view the details of RFI responders while viewing an RFI alert. For more information, see Configure Member Submission Preferences.

  • You can now specify the maximum file size limit for all uploads in Collaborate using the File Size Upload Limit setting. For more information, see Configure Analyst Portal Preferences.

  • Cloning a recipient group in the Analyst Portal is now more streamlined, where the newly cloned group automatically inherits permissions and details from its parent group. Additionally, members of the parent group will also be automatically included in the cloned group. For more information, see Clone a Recipient Group.

  • A new invitation email template is now available for email-only users in Email Management, which helps you customize email communication based on your preference.

  • When you bulk export data in the Analyst Portal, you will now receive an email with the link to download the data when it is ready. This enhancement prevents email servers from rejecting the file for size, suspicious spam, or other reasons.
