Enhancements

User Interface Upgrades

The first major change to CSAP is that the user interface has been redesigned with a fresh look and feel, including a more streamlined presentation of the overall product layout and a brighter default theme. You can also customize your CSAP experience in the following ways:

  • Organizations now have the ability to customize their deployment of CSAP with their own theme and branding to personalize CSAP without altering the interface.

  • Members can now change the layout of alerts by toggling between different views, such as mailbox, feed, card, and list. This feature optimizes readability for individual CSAP users, so that they can conveniently consume alerts in a manner that is most comfortable to them.

Self-Service Onboarding

CSAP Member Portal now provides a guided onboarding experience for new users. The self-service learning resources that are built into the product allow users to quickly onboard with CSAP, and gain an understanding of the features and functionality. In turn, this reduces dependency on organizational training and the cost of having to first teach resources how to use software once it’s already deployed. Instead, users are empowered to learn the product at their own pace, in a repeatable manner, and familiarize themselves with each component through engaging with CSAP.

  • Product tour videos. You can now independently explore CSAP features, using video tours. These provide demonstrations of the software functionality so that users can see CSAP in action, enabling them to get started using the product. To access these video tours, during the onboarding process, click the lightbulb icon.

  • Walkthrough modules. Interactive walkthroughs have been added, as callouts, throughout the product for each feature. They highlight the location and value of individual functions, as well as basic actions that a user can take. These walkthroughs are designed to help members of your organization on board with CSAP with an engaging experience. To access these walkthroughs repeatedly, in each module, click the lightbulb icon.

Embedded Messenger Functionality

CSAP Messenger has been moved to the forefront of the interface, as a readily-accessible chat feature. This enables you to chat directly with other users while being able to work uninterrupted in other modules within the product. You can also maximize and minimize the Messenger window, as required.

Tab Organization in Doc Library

Tabs have been added to the top of the folder list in the Doc Library, making specific folders and files more discoverable. You can now tab between the All Files, My Files & Folders, Shared with me, and Starred tabs to navigate to the relevant content with which you want to interact. You can also further refine your search using the filter functionality.

Save Predefined Search Filters

You can now save predefined filters when searching for content within CSAP. This enables you to enter a query using parameters that you have specified, without having to reenter them multiple times.

Collaboration for Recipient Groups

When using the Collaborate feature, you can now invite Recipient Groups to collaborate on notes and intel. This enables you to invite multiple users belonging to the same Recipient Group, without having to repeatedly enter user information.

Multiple Questions for Surveys

Surveys that are published to CSAP Member Portal can now include multiple questions, instead of sending separate surveys, each containing one question. This enables you to more efficiently poll users for vital information and leverage it in real time.
