Create Recommended Actions
Recommended Actions are associated with alerts, and are suggestions or recommendations that members can make to other members. To create a recommended action:
Steps
Navigate to Alerts, and select the alert for which you want to create the action.
Click Create Action, and select Create Recommended Action. A recommended action does not have a due date to close the action.
Enter a title and write a complete description of your recommendation.
Select one of the following recipient options:
Members in my Org: Choose to share with all members in your organization.
One or more Groups: Select a recipient group to share your information. Members can share recommended actions with the recipient groups that they are part of. Member administrators in the CSAP Member Portal can share recommended actions with all the members of their organization.
One or more Members: Select one or more individual members to share your recommendations. Members can share recommended actions with the recipient groups that they are part of. Member administrators in the CSAP Member Portal can share recommended actions with all the members of their organization.
