Collaborate Limits
Understand the various limits of the features in the Collaborate Analyst and Member Portals.
Alerts
You can add a title for an alert with a maximum of 150 characters.
You can upload an alert image with a maximum size of 1.5 MB.
You can attach up to 20 files simultaneously.
You can add a maximum of five actions while creating an alert.
Intel Submission
The title of an intel must be within 150 characters.
A maximum of 10 files can be attached to an intel simultaneously.
Request for Information (RFI)
The title of an RFI must be within 150 characters.
A maximum of 10 files can be attached to an RFI simultaneously.
Threat Defender Library
The maximum file size for uploads to the Threat Defender Library is 2 MB.
Intelligence Requirement (IR)
You can create up to 20 IR categories.
You can attach a maximum of 50 tags to an IR.
Crisis Management
To send crisis alerts to recipients' contact numbers, you must integrate Collaborate with your Twilio account.
Surveys
Collaborate supports 50 active surveys at a time.
Each survey can contain a maximum of 25 questions.
Tag Management
The maximum number of tags you can have in the Tag Library is 10,000.
Field Management
You can add a maximum of 100 custom fields for alert, intel, RFI, and member profiles.
Category
You can create a maximum of 100 custom categories.
Logo Management
For the primary logos of the Member Portal, Analyst Portal, and their respective dark mode versions, you can upload a logo for each with a maximum size of 1.5 MB.
You can upload the default image for alerts, with a maximum size of 1.5 MB.
The supported file types for logos include .PNG, .JPG, and .JPEG.
Dashboard
You can add up to 50 custom widgets to a dashboard.
User Management
The character limit for names of privileged users and members is 200.
Open API Credentials
Up to 100 open API credentials can be generated for privileged users.
Messenger
Members can attach files with a maximum size of 1 MB while using Messenger.
File Size Upload Limit
Files uploaded to the Doc Library or attached to an alert, intel, RFI, or the Knowledge Base must be within 100 MB. To increase the maximum size, contact Cyware support.
Platform Limits
The Analyst and Member Portals can each support a maximum of 100 concurrent logins.
The Collaborate Analyst and Member Portals are incompatible with tablet devices.
