Crisis Profile
If you have not set your crisis profile preferences in the Settings module, you will only receive crisis notification alerts as emails. crisis notification alerts will not be delivered to you via Call or SMS.
Immediately after a crisis notification alert is published, all members in the selected recipient groups will receive an email notification and a pop-up alert in CSAP Member portal. If any user in the recipient groups has not responded to both the email notification and the alert, they will then receive a voice call on their primary contact number.
