Doc Library

Members can create a new folder in the Doc Library module. Follow these steps to create a new folder in the Doc Library.

  1. Click on the Home menu and select the Doc Library feature in the expanding sidebar.

  2. Click on the Create Folder button to create a new Folder in the Doc Library.

  3. Enter the Folder name and select the appropriate Recipient Group(s) for the Folder.

  4. Click Create to create the Folder.

Note

Only, users in the selected recipient groups can access the Documents or files that are added to this folder, and the option to create a new folder can be disabled by the CSAP Dashboard Administrator.

CSAP Members can upload the files to the Doc Library from the Doc Library module. For more information see Doc Library.

The folders and files in the doc library are made available to you based on the recipient groups to which you belong. If you are not able to view a folder or file, then the particular folder or file is not shared with your recipient groups. For more information, contact your CSAP Analyst Portal Admin.
