View Requested Surveys

Surveys requested by members assist in evaluating the information about threats and cyber events. For example, you can create surveys that assess the resolution of incidents, problems, or service requests. Use the following information to know more about surveys:

  • My Submissions: Displays the list of surveys you have requested. You can filter surveys based on Title, Submitted on, Number of Questions, and Status.

  • Survey List: Displays the list of survey requests submitted by members of the organization. You can filter and view surveys based on ID, Title, Status, TLP, Submitted on, Number of Questions, and Response.

  • View Survey Trends: Survey trends equip stakeholders with a graphical representation to improve situational awareness and resilience.

Before you start

You must have the View and Submit a Survey permission to access Surveys.

Steps

To view survey trends, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Main Menu and select Surveys.

  2. Click My Submissions or Survey List.

  3. Enter a Survey Title in Search or use Filter.

  4. Click on the survey to view the Questionnaire.

  5. Click Question View to view the overall response recorded for each answer.

  6. Click Chart View to view responses in numerical data and compare KPIs.
