Features
Recipient Group Global Filter
We have introduced a global filter that allows members to apply a recipient group filter to all data and features in the member portal. The global filter will display data and features specific to the selected recipient group. This allows members to maintain focus and prioritize only the most pertinent alerts and features for each individual recipient group.
Contact your CSAP Administrator to enable this feature.
QR Code Login
CSAP members can use a QR code from the web app to log in to the mobile app. The new feature allows members to view dynamic QR codes on the User Profile section of the web app. The QR code displayed in the web app stores important information such as the access code, username, and authentication. The mobile app users can use the QR code option on the mobile app login screen to quickly scan a code to authenticate and access the mobile app features.
Note that your QR code contains an authentication token for login. We recommend you keep your QR code private and not share it with anyone. For security reasons, your QR code will keep refreshing every 60 seconds.
Enhancements
Messenger - Reply to Message
The new release comes with some useful enhancements for the messenger to enable effective collaboration between members.
Members can use the reply feature when responding to specific messages on the web application.
Messenger - Unread Email Notifications
Members can now choose to receive email notifications about unread messages in the messenger to keep track of all important messages.
