Passwords
If Forgot Password is enabled in Management > Integrations > Authentication Methods > Analyst Dashboard, you can reset the password using Forgot Password. Otherwise, contact the CSAP administrator to reset your password.
Root administrators or administrators can edit the password retention policy in the CSAP Analyst Portal. Navigate to Management > Integrations > AUTHENTICATION METHOD > Analyst Dashboard and click Edit. Click View Password Policy on the same form and configure your preferences.
