While creating dashboards for members, you now have the flexibility to create dashboards for a specific recipient group. For more information see, Create a Dashboard.

When creating or updating an organization, you now have the option to include approved member email domains. This feature enables you to only add members with approved email domains to the organization.

In Knowledge Base, you now have the ability to save articles as drafts, as well as share, published Knowledge Base articles with the sharing communities.

Crisis alerts are now enhanced with an option to send a customized SMS in addition to the existing default SMS. This enhancement helps members gain more insight into the crisis.

You can now choose to add, remove, and reposition your tenant logo while configuring email templates in Email Management.

You can now configure Messenger settings for members from the Analyst Portal. The following settings are available in Configuration:

You can now share scheduled reports generated from saved searches with individuals outside Collaborate (CSAP).

In Dashboards, you can now view dashboards that are shared with a recipient group.

As a member, you now have the option to submit requests for any events you want to schedule. Analysts review your event, and on approval, the event is published and is available in the Events calendar. For more information, see Events.
