Receive Notifications When an Alert is Published in a Category

While creating alerts, analysts can configure notification sending notifications for every alert that is published. An email notification is sent to the configured email address of all the recipients who have subscribed to a category when an alert is posted in that category. Analysts can also add recipients who have not subscribed to the category to send email notifications while publishing an alert. Email notifications keep recipients updated about the alerts in a particular category.

Steps 

To receive notifications when an alert is published in a category, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Member Portal.

  2. Click Settings and select General Settings > Alert Categories > Edit.

  3. From the list of alert categories, turn on the toggle of the categories you want to subscribe to.

  4. Based on your preference, select the checkboxes for email and mobile notifications to receive notifications when alerts are published in the category.

  5. Click Update to save your changes. You will now start receiving alerts published in this category.

To ensure you receive email notifications, turn on the toggle for Alerts in Profile Settings > Email Subscriptions.
