We are excited to introduce you to the latest version of Cyware Situational Awareness Platform - v3.6. This release includes new features, enhancements, and minor bug fixes.
The following new features are introduced for the Analyst Portal.
Previously, RSS feeds could be accessed only from the Member Portal. Analysts had to navigate to the member portal each time to access these feeds. With CSAP 3.6, analysts can now view and manage all the RSS feeds for the members from the Analyst portal.
Analysts can view RSS feeds received from various RSS sources in a consolidated view.

Analysts can bundle multiple tags together into one tag group. Analysts can use tag groups to apply multiple tags to an alert, a doc library file, or a knowledge base article.

The following features are enhanced to include new capabilities for the Analyst Portal.
The RSS Advisory in CSAP Analyst Portal now includes up to 66 new RSS feed advisories in all categories that analysts can subscribe to and receive important information.
The newly added feeds take the overall count of RSS advisories available in CSAP to 136.

The maximum number of choices that can be configured for a multiple or a single-select survey question is increased from 4 to 8. This allows analysts to include more options for every question and customize the survey to their needs.

Surveys now include a text box option along with the existing multiple and single-select questions. A text box survey question gives analysts the flexibility to ask for opinions from the survey recipients.

Administrators can choose one or more Two Factor Authentication (2FA) verification methods such as SMS, Email, or TOTP for member authentication in the CSAP Member Portal.
The 2FA authentication process is now enhanced to allow members to choose from one of the supported methods, improving the sign-in experience and overall security.

TOTP support is now included along with the preexisting SMS and Email methods in the 2FA Authentication process for LDAP.

Administrators can configure a duration after which the password reset link sent in the email expires automatically.
The default duration for the password expiry is 72 hours. Administrators can configure the expiry time with a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 168 hours.
The administrators can configure the password link expiry duration for Analyst and Member Portals separately.

Administrators can configure and include custom fields in the Request for Information (RFI) form.
Custom fields help analysts to add additional information that may not be included in a standard form.

Analysts can sort the doc library attachment files by their last updated date during the alert creation process.

Previously, publishers were sent email notifications by default after an alert was published. Now, administrators or analysts can choose if they want to notify publishers after publishing an alert. They can disable the setting and the email notifications are not sent.

Previously exporting alerts did not include all the details of the alert. Now, all the details are included in the exported file to help analysts access the complete details for offline analysis.
The following new open APIs are included in the CSAP Analyst Portal for analysts and administrators.
Update details of a member
Deactivate a member
