Member Portal Limits
Understand the various limits of the features in the Collaborate Member Portal.
Intel Submission
The title of an intel must be within 150 characters.
A maximum of 10 files can be attached to an intel simultaneously.
Request for Information (RFI)
The title of an RFI must be within 150 characters.
A maximum of 10 files can be attached to an RFI simultaneously.
Intelligence Requirement
You can attach a maximum of 50 tags to an IR.
Threat Defender Library
The maximum file size for uploads to the Threat Defender LIbrary is 2 MB.
Surveys
Each survey can contain a maximum of 25 questions.
Messenger
You can attach files with a maximum size of 1 MB while using Messenger.
Platform Limits
The Member Portal can support a maximum of 100 concurrent logins.
The Collaborate Member Portal is not compatible with tablet devices.
