Configure File Size for MP4 Files in Doc Library Folders
The CSAP Doc Library is a secure place to store text, image, and video files that you can access and download easily from the web portal or mobile app. In CSAP Analyst Portal, an admin can configure the size of the file to restrict members from uploading larger files.
Note
The maximum upload file size that you can configure is 100 MB.
Before you Start
Make sure you have access to the Configuration module.
Steps
Sign in to CSAP as an admin.
Navigate to Management, select Configuration.
Select Analyst Dashboard and click Edit.
Enter the maximum upload MP4 file size in megabytes in File Size Upload Limit and click Update.
