Attach a Threat Assessment with SLA to an Alert
Threat assessment questions with multiple response can be attached to the alerts, along with Service-Level Agreements (SLA). Analyst can configure sending automatic reminders at the specified time interval to members for responding to threat assessments. Based on member response, analyst can analyze risk and determine potential impact.
Before you Start
Configure an SLA in the Settings module before creating an alert. See Threat Assessment SLA.
Follow below steps to attach a threat assessment along with SLA to an alert:
In the Recipients tab of Create Alert window, add one or more recipients in Select one or more Recipient Groups section.
Select the method of notification and click Next.
In the Threat Assessment tab, toggle on Would you like to add threat assessment to this Alert?
Select a preset Threat Assessment from the drop-down or create a new assessment by clicking Create New.
Select the Expiry Date and Time and select the recipient groups to share the alert.
Select the SLA from the drop-down list in the SLA section.
