Apply Filters to Surveys

Filters provide a way to display the exact analytics you look for by drilling down a list using a value.

Steps

To create and apply filters in CSAP Member Portal, do the following:

  1. Select Filters. Apply one or more below-mentioned filters to refine your search result.

    • Status: Select whether the survey is Open or Closed.

    • TLP: Select the appropriate color Amber, Green, Red, or White.

    • Responded: Select whether the survey is Responded or Not Responded.

    • Published Date: Select the time interval between which the survey was sent or enter a specific date by including the start and end time.

  2. To save the filter for future use click Save this view. The saved filter can be viewed under Saved presets.

  3. Click Apply and view the survey details.
