Manage Surveys
Click Survey List to view the list of surveys published by your analyst. The list is categorized as New, Skipped, and Archived for ease of accessibility.
New: Displays new surveys.
Skipped: Displays skipped surveys. These surveys can be answered before they expire.
Archived: Saves and displays surveys with a response.
CSAP surveys can be categorized into Open and Closed surveys based on the active time and time of expiry.
Open Survey: The surveys that are open for answering in the CSAP Member portal.
Closed Surveys: The surveys that are expired and cannot be accessed for answering in the CSAP Member portal.
