Surveys

After submitting a survey, the Requested Survey details are sent to your email. Every time the status of the submitted survey is changed, you will receive an email notification. You can also view surveys by status, such as Requested, Accepted, Published, and Rejected.

You can find unanswered surveys in the New and Skipped section of Surveys. If you have skipped a survey without answering it, you can find the survey in the skipped section before the survey closes.

Surveys answered by you can be found in the Completed section of surveys.

No. Once answered, the response for a survey cannot be changed. For more information on survey responses, contact your CSAP administrator or survey manager.
