You can now configure Microsoft Teams channels in the Analyst Portal using Microsoft Teams Incoming Webhooks to post alerts from CSAP. Choose to post either complete alert details or just the alert title with its URL on the configured Microsoft Teams channel. Alerts that are automatically generated by Cyware advisory or RSS advisories can also be posted to Microsoft Teams channels.

You can now create alerts from articles (feeds) in RSS Feeds. The alert form is pre-filled with the data from the RSS Feeds article such as title, description, category, TLP and recipients. Review the pre-filled information, add any additional details, and publish the alert.

Now, use Report Management to schedule and manage system-generated reports which are sent as emails. These reports give statistics about members and alerts. You can change the email subject line along with suffixes and prefixes, add recipients, and schedule the time for sending reports. The following reports are available:

RSS Advisory in the Analyst Portal now includes new RSS advisory sources in all categories. You can enable these sources for both Analyst and Member Portals.

With this addition, the overall count of RSS advisories available in CSAP is 144.

To make the owners of the Doc Library files and folders visible to members, you can now turn on the Show File Owner in Doc Library toggle in Mobile App / Web Portal configuration.

You can now visualize and monitor alert and tags data in the Analyst Portal using the following new information widget:

Top 50 Tags for Alerts: Shows details of the number of alerts with the name of tags associated with them.

As a member, you can subscribe to alert channels shared by other members in Shared Channel in the Member Portal. The subscribed channels are available in Subscribed Channel. You can clone subscribed channels to reuse details of the channel, and update it to your preference.

You can now delete alert channels created by you that are no longer relevant. After an alert channel is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

The user interface of Knowledge Base is now enhanced to make it easier to search and find information. Pagination is implemented for articles within a category to organize information in a better way.

New API Endpoint: Get all Responses to an RFI

Analysts and members can use this open API to get a list of all responses to an RFI. For more information, see CSAP API Reference.

Flexera conversion from CSAP alert to CTIX STIX package is now fixed.
