Cyware Fusion and Threat Response

Create Tenants

Respond enables you to create tenants for both Respond and Orchestrate. You can configure the tenant admin details and manage the allocations of components, such as the number of incidents, and users for your tenants.

Note

If you want to create a tenant for Orchestrate only, we recommend you use Orchestrate.

Before you Start

  • Ensure that you have Create/Update permission for Tenant Management.

  • Ensure that the Cyware Orchestrate integration is configured and enabled.

Steps

To create tenants for Respond and Orchestrate, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Tenant Management.

  2. Click Create Tenant and enter the following details:

    • Tenant Admin Email: Enter the email address of the tenant admin to whom you want to send the invite. For example, johndoe@inc.com.

    • Tenant: Enter the name of the tenant. For example, Inc. You can enter up to 30 characters.

    • Subdomain: Enter the subdomain of the tenant. For example, inc. The subdomain is added to the URL of the application with the domain name. For example, /inc.domain.cftr.com/cftr/.

      Note

By default, tenant and subdomain names are auto-filled based on the email address entered in the Tenant Admin Email field.

  3. In Product & Allocations, select the products for which you want to create tenants and allocate the number of components. By default, Respond is enabled.

    • For Respond, you can allocate the following components to a tenant:

      • Incidents: Enter the number of incidents the tenant can create daily. For example, 100.

      • Standard Users: Enter the number of standard users the tenant can add to Respond. Standard users include users with Create/Update permissions. For example, 15.

      • Read-only Users: Enter the number of read-only users the tenant can add. Read-only users have view permissions only and won't be able to modify any details. For example, 10.

    • For Orchestrate, you can allocate the following component to a tenant:

      • Standard Users: Enter the number of standard users the tenant can add in Orchestrate. Standard users include users with Create/Update permissions.

  4. Click Create.

Note

If you create a tenant for Orchestrate in Respond , Cyware Orchestrate integration is automatically enabled in Respond.

The tenant creation is initialized, and after the tenant is created, an invite is sent to the configured tenant admin. The tenant admin can sign in to the application using the invite and make the necessary configurations to get started.

After the tenant is created, you can view the details, such as the email address of the Tenant Admin, Respond Status, Incidents per Day, and more. For more information, see View Tenant Details. If the tenant creation fails for Respond or Orchestrate, click Retry to try creating a tenant again.

You can track the usage details of your tenants in Admin > License Management. For more information, see Manage MSSP (Tenant) License.

View Tenant Details

After you create tenants for Respond and Orchestrate, expand the dropdown of a tenant to view the following details:

  • URL: View the URL of the tenant instance. For example, https://inc.domain.cftr.com/cftr/.

  • Invitation Status: View the status of the tenant. If the admin tenant has not accepted the invite, you can resend the invitation by clicking Resend.
