Configure Rosters
Respond enables security teams to be part of an organized shift rotation and shift duration schedule, thereby enabling security analysts to respond to incidents without any conflict. The rosters help incident managers to ensure that the security analysts are always available to respond to incidents. Based on the availability of the security analysts as per the roster calendar, Respond suggests available users who have signed in to Respond while assigning incidents.
You can create the required number of shift models and map them to the rosters to create an organized shift rotation and schedule for the security analysts.
