Create Threat Briefing

You can create a threat briefing from anywhere in the CFTR UI. To create a threat briefing:

  1. On the CFTR UI, on the top banner area, click the + New button and select Threat Briefing. New Threat Briefing tab appears.

  2. In the Title field, enter the title of the threat briefing. The threat briefing title and ID can be viewed in the Threat Briefing component page (for example, #BRF123).

  3. On the Summary tab, enter the following details of the threat briefing. The fields with an asterisk (*) mark are mandatory fields.

    Enter the description that best describes the key details of the threat briefing.

    Business Unit(s)*

    Select the business units that can access the threat briefing. Only the CFTR users from the selected business units can access the threat briefing.

    You can only view Business units to which you have access. Contact your CFTR administrator to avail permissions for a Business Unit.

    Locations*

    Select the locations that can access the threat briefing. Only the CFTR users from the selected locations can access the threat briefing.

    You can only view Locations to which you have access. Contact your CFTR administrator to avail permissions for a Location.

    Frequency

    Enter a frequency for conducting the threat briefing. You can set the frequency for daily, weekly, monthly, or other custom frequencies.

  4. On the right pane, from the Labels drop-down list, select the labels for the threat briefing.

  5. Click Submit.

The threat briefing is created and appears on the threat briefing records listing page.

Note

The fields of the Summary tab may differ based on the Threat Briefing form configured by your CFTR admin.
