Update Incidents in Bulk
You can update multiple incidents using the bulk updates. You can perform the following bulk updates to incidents:
Assign Group/User
Add Note
Add Action
Add Label
Update Status
Before you Start
You must have permission to modify the selected incidents to update them. Ensure that you meet the following conditions to be able to update the selected incidents:
You have CREATE/UPDATE permission for incidents.
You are a member of the Assigned Group of the incident.
To update protected incidents, you must have VIEW permission for protected incidents.
Steps
Go to Menu > Incidents.
Select the incidents that you want to update, and then click a bulk update action.
Review the selected incidents, and then click Proceed. Incidents that you do not have permission to modify are disabled and cannot be updated.
Enter the update details, and then click Submit.
Click Yes, Proceed on the confirmation message.
