View Device Details
While monitoring devices, before you take actions on a device, such as updating the device status or associating actions, you should know the device details. You can view the device details that are added while adding the device under the device Summary, License and SLA, Hardware and Network, and Software and Security.
You can also view the following basic details of the device under Overview:
Device Data: Displays the device ID, risk score, created and last updated details, and the labels that are added to categorize the device.
Connect the Dots: Displays the number of various modules linked to the device under Connect the Dots.
Notes: Displays a list of notes that are added to the device.
View Risk Score Details
The risk score of a device indicates the risk level of a device. The risk score varies between 0 and 10, where 0 represents the lowest risk and 10 represents the highest risk. The risk score is calculated based on the type, severity, and number of modules that are connected to the device using Connect the Dots. To view the risk score details of a device, click the risk score value. Risk Score Summary displays the risk details of the device, such as the type, severity, and number of the connected modules.
