Manage Dashboards
You can manage both custom and system dashboards by performing operations such as clone, export, and more.
Manage Custom Dashboards
To manage a custom dashboard, click More next to the dashboard tab and select one of the following operations:
Default Dashboard: Configure a dashboard as default. You can view the default dashboard when you open Dashboards from the Menu.
Edit: Edit widgets or create new widgets in the custom dashboards.
Clone: Create a copy of the dashboard.
Share: Configure a sharing preference for the dashboard.
Export: Export the dashboard as a PDF, allowing you to share it with others.
Delete: Delete a dashboard.
Export Dashboard
You can export the dashboards and individual widgets to download a copy of the dashboard or widgets. You can export the dashboards in PDF and the widgets in PDF or PNG formats. To export a dashboard, do the following:
On the dashboard tab, click More.
Select Export, and then select PDF.
To export a widget, do the following:
On a widget, click More.
Select Export, and then select one of the following:
PDF
PNG
CFTR processes the export in the background. To download the export, go to Background Process and click Download.
Refresh Dashboard Data
You can refresh the dashboards to view the latest data. To refresh a dashboard, do the following:
Go to Menu > Dashboards and select a dashboard.
On the top-right, click Refresh Dashboards.
Select one of the following:
Refresh Now: Refreshes the dashboard with the latest data.
Auto Refresh every 1 hour: Refreshes the dashboard with the latest data every 1 hour.
Auto Refresh every 6 hours: Refreshes the dashboard with the latest data every 6 hours.
Auto Refresh every 24 hours: Refreshes the dashboard with the latest data every 24 hours.
Set Rotation Interval
For the custom dashboards that are configured as rotating dashboards, you can set the rotation interval to automatically rotate the widgets as per the specified time. To set the rotation interval, do the following:
Go to Menu > Dashboards and select a custom dashboard.
On the top-right, enter the time interval between 30 seconds to 1800 seconds.
Press Enter.
Manage System Dashboards
To manage a system dashboard, click More next to the dashboard tab and select one of the following operations
Default Dashboard: Set the dashboard as default. You can view the default dashboard when you open Dashboards from the menu.
Export: Export the dashboard as a PDF, allowing you to share it with others.
Clone: Starting from Respond v3.4.3, you can create a copy of system dashboards. In the cloned dashboards, you can modify the title, and widgets or create new widgets and share the cloned dashboard with others. For more information, Create Widget.
Note
The cloned dashboard can only be viewed and edited by the user who cloned it.
