Reports
Using Reports, you can create custom reports. Reports can be customized with custom widgets with charts and insights as required. You can choose from a variety of Widgets from the Widget Library and add them to the Report. You can also create custom widgets and add them to the reports.
You can also use the existing reports to generate and download reports. The Reports listing page displays a list of the existing reports with their details, such as the report name, username of the creator, schedule frequency, the created last run, and last updated dates.
Note
You can view the data in the reports based on your Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) configuration. For more information, see Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in CFTR.
On the Reports page, use the search bar to filter the list of reports and click the Sort button to sort the list of reports by Last Updated and Created. For more information, see Manage Module Listings.
View Report Details
To view the details of a report, on the Reports page, click the report title. The report details page displays the preview of the report with the report title and the widget titles. The right pane displays the following details of the report:
Report Format: Displays the format of the report.
Date Range: Displays the selected date range.
Page Orientation: Displays the page orientation of the report. This field is only available for PDF report format.
Page Size: Displays the page size of the PDF report.
Header and Footer options: Displays the selected options for adding header and footer in the report.
Report Schedule:
Users: Displays the list of recipients of the report.
Scheduled: Displays the frequency of generating the report.
