Roster is a plan that shows turns of duty and availability of the security team members in an organization. In CFTR, rosters enable the admins to organize shift rotations and schedules for the security teams, thereby ensuring the availability of security team members to respond to threats.
Yes. CFTR admins can create multiple rosters for various user groups using shift models and assign them to the security team members.

Shift models are the working schedules of the employees of an organization that defines the availability of the employees for a specific time period of the week. In CFTR, Shift Model enables the admins to configure rosters for various users and groups based on the shift timings. Shift models provide the following details for CFTR admins to configure rosters:
Working hours of various user groups
Shift overlap
Shift change time
Shift differentials
