Release Notes 3.1.2
We are excited to introduce you to the latest version of CFTR v3.1.2. This release comes with a few enhancements and bug fixes.
Enhancements
Roster Management
The Shift Model in Roster Management is enhanced to enable administrators to have better clarity on shift timings and provide an efficient way to plan shifts for each day of the week. With the enhanced Shift Model, users can:
Select specific days of the week for each shift. The shift repeats until the associated roster expires.
Specify the start time and duration of a shift based on which the end time is displayed. The shift start time reflects the local time zone of the security analysts.
Important
Before you upgrade to CFTR v3.1.2, ensure to take a backup of the existing shift models and rosters to help administrators create them after the upgrade.
Delete Fields from Incident Workflow Field Library
Previously, removing a field from a phase in the incident workflow also deleted it from the Field Library, if the field was not used in any other phase.
In CFTR v3.1.2, users can choose to retain or delete a field from the Field Library.
