Sign in to CFTR

You can sign in to the application using one of the following methods:

You can activate one or more authentication methods after configuring them. Users can sign in to Respond using any of the active authentication methods.

  • Email: Enter the email ID and password of your user account.

  • LDAP: Enter your email ID and password as configured in the LDAP server.

  • Google Sign-in: Click the Google authentication method and select your Google account.

  • SAML 2.0: Click the SAML authentication method and sign in using your SAML credentials.

If two-factor authentication is enabled for the Email and LDAP authentication methods, enter the OTP received on your email address to access the application.

Reset Sign in Password

You can reset your sign-in password either from the sign-in page or your profile after signing in to the application. For more information on how to reset your password from your profile, see My Profile.

Note

To allow resetting of sign-in passwords, administrators must enable the Forgot Password setting for the Username/Password authentication method. If you do not see Forgot Password? option on the sign-in page, contact your administrator.

To reset your password from the sign-in page, do the following,

  1. Go to the sign-in page of the application.

  2. Click the EMAIL authentication method.

  3. Click Forgot Password?

  4. Enter your email ID and click Send reset link. You will receive an email with a password reset link.

  5. Open the password reset email sent and click Reset Password.

  6. Enter a new password and click Set Password.

Your password is reset and you can sign in using the new password.
