Delete Untriaged Incident
You can delete the incidents that are in the Untriaged state. You cannot recover the deleted incidents.
Note
Any user who has View permissions for Incidents can delete untriaged incidents.
To delete an untriaged incident, do the following:
Go to Menu > Incidents and open an untriaged incident.
On the top-right, click More > Delete.
Click Delete Incident on the confirmation prompt.
Bulk Delete Untriaged Incidents
You can delete untriaged incidents in bulk from the incidents listing page.
Note
Any user who has View permissions for Incidents can delete untriaged incidents.
To delete untriaged incidents in bulk, do the following:
Go to Menu > Incidents.
Go to FILTERS > Quick Filters and select Untriaged.
Select the untriaged incidents that you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Review the selected incidents and click Proceed.
Click Yes, Proceed on the confirmation prompt.
CFTR deletes the untriaged incidents in the background. To track the progress, click Background Process in the top app bar.
