Add New Tab in Forms

To add a new tab in a form, do the following:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Form Management.

  2. Select a module.

  3. Click Add New Tab on the top left corner.

  4. Enter the following details:

    • Tab Name: Enter a name for the new tab.

    • Field: (Optional) Select the field you want to associate with the new tab. When the selected field value is specified in the form, the tab is displayed.

    • Field Option:(Optional)Select the value for the field. You can select the field option from the drop-down that displays the list of available field options. For example, if you select the field as Priority and the value as High in the Action form, then the newly created tab will be displayed when a user specifies a High priority level while creating a new action.

  5. Click Add.

The created tab appears under the Custom tab list on the left panel.
