We are excited to introduce you to the latest version of Respond (CFTR) v3.3.4. This release includes an enhancement and a few minor bug fixes.

Filter Incidents by Resolution Status Enhanced

Users can now filter incidents based on the resolution status. This enhancement facilitates the tracking of merged incidents that are automatically closed when the parent incident is closed. Additionally, the table view and export file of incidents now include a new column that displays the resolution status.
