Manage Labels

You can use labels to categorize and organize the Governance, Threat Response, Fusion, and Assets modules. Labels help to:

  • Filter modules

  • Identify related modules based on the labels

  • Identify the sensitivity of a module based on the color code of the label

To manage and view the labels added in CFTR, go to Admin Panel > Settings > Label. You can view the following details of the labels:

  • Label Title: Name of the label.

  • Component: Associated module of the label.

  • Created: Created date of the label.

  • Last Updated: Last updated date of the label.

You can search and modify a label and view the activity logs to track the updates of the labels.

Add Label

You must have Create/Update permissions for Label to add a label. 

Note

You cannot delete a label later.

To add a label, do the following:

  1. Go to Admin Panel > Settings > Label.

  2. Click Add Label at the top-right.

  3. Enter the following details:

    • Label Name: Enter a unique name of the label.

      Note

      Use can use an existing label name for a different module.

    • Label Component: Select the module for which you want to use the label

    • Description: Enter a description for the label.

  4. Click Add.

The label is added and you can now use it for the modules specified in Label Component.
