Export Incident Details

You can export incident details in PDF format and share the report with Respond users and other external recipients.

To export the details of an incident in PDF format, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu > Incidents.

  2. Select an incident.

  3. In the upper-right corner, click More and select Export.

  4. In TLP, select the TLP of the PDF. 

  5. In Incident Export Template, select an export template. 

  6. In Additional Recipients, you can choose who will receive the export report using the following options:

    1.  CFTR Users: Select the users who will receive the export report.

    2. Other Contacts: Enter email IDs (separated by spaces) of recipients who are not added as users in Respond.

  7. Click Submit.

You can check the status of the export in the Background Process. The export report will be sent to all recipients' email IDs.

Note

Starting from Respond v3.4.6, the export of merged incidents will include details of the parent incident, such as the incident ID and name.
