We are excited to introduce you to the latest version of Respond v3.4.2. This is a limited-availability release that includes a few enhancements and minor bug fixes.

View Components and Threat Intel Details from Intel Exchange Enhanced

You can now view details of the components and threat intel connected to incidents from Intel Exchange directly in Respond. This eliminates the need to sign in to Intel Exchange and accelerates incident investigation by providing the essential context within the application.

Other Enhancements

  • In Incident Workflows, admins can now add up to 2000 fields in the Field Library. This limit is applicable across all the supported field types. For more information on limits, see Data Limits.Data Limits

  • You can now export Knowledge Base articles in PDF format, simplifying content sharing with other security teams and enhancing collaboration. For more information, see Export Knowledge Base Article

  • You can now select and pause multiple incidents simultaneously on the listing page, simplifying incident management. For more information, see Manage Incidents.

  • Respond allows you to upload multiple files simultaneously in Attachments and Notes across all modules. This enhancement streamlines file management and improves user experience. For more information, see Add Attachments in Incidents.Add Attachments in Incidents

  • In Rule Engine, while configuring rule triggers, the From and To options are now optional. Admins can now choose either one or both values to execute a rule, making it easier to create and customize rules for specific scenarios. Open API Enhancement

The Time Tracking Details API /incident/ownership-collapse/:incident_unique_id/ is now introduced to retrieve time-tracking details of an incident. For more information, see Get Time Tracking Details.
