Create Export Template for Devices

You can configure export templates for devices to define the types of data that you want to retrieve in the export file. The templates help security analysts to select a template and quickly retrieve relevant device data. 

To create an export template for devices, do the following:

  1. Go to AdminPanel > Template Management and select Device on the left.

  2. Click Create Template.

  3. Enter a name for the template.

  4. Select the fields to be exported under Overview and Summary.

  5. At the bottom, select the additional information that you want to include, such as License and SLA, Hardware and Network, Software and Security, and Actions.

  6. Review your selected data under Selected Records and click Save.

Manage Export Template for Devices

You can perform the following activities to manage the device export templates:

  • Search for a template.

  • Upload a logo for a template. The logo appears in the export file header.

  • Update template details.

  • Delete a template.

  • Configure a template as the default template.
