Customize Emails
Using Email Customization, you can customize the HTML email template that CFTR generates to notify the stakeholders about key updates of the following features:
Actions
Comments
Enhancements
Incidents
PIRs
Rosters
User authentication
Data Backup
User Management
Exports
CFTR provides default email templates for these features that you can customize as per your requirements. For more information, see Configure Email Template.
CFTR sends email notifications to the respective users of a feature. For example, when an incident is updated, the assignee and the users who created or updated the incident receive an email about the incident update.
Note
If a user does not want to receive the emails for a specific update, the user can disable the notification under My Profile > Notifications. For more information, see My Profile.
