Protect Incidents

Certain incidents may contain sensitive information that might warrant elevated access control. Such incidents can be marked as Protected. Protected incidents are accessible to the users of the user groups that have role-based access control permission to access protected incidents.

To mark an incident as protected, do the following:

  1. Go to Menu > Incidents.

  2. Open an incident.

  3. Click More and select Mark as Protected.

  4. On the confirmation message, click Yes, Proceed.
