June 14, 2024

We are excited to introduce you to the latest version of Respond v3.4.1. This is a limited-availability release that includes new features and an enhancement.

Tenant Management for MSSPs New

Respond now enables admins to create tenants for both Respond and Orchestrate. This feature empowers Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to manage tenants effortlessly. Admins can also allocate usage limits such as the number of incidents, users, and more, for each tenant. Additionally, admins can dive deep into tenant usage details with our intuitive Usage Monitoring dashboard, ensuring optimal usage of allocated component limits.

Enhanced Collaboration with Business Units New

Respond introduces the new Business Unit Mails tab in incidents that enables you to seamlessly track email communications from the impacted business units directly within the application. Additionally, analysts can promptly reply to emails from within the application itself. This feature enhances collaboration with impacted business units and accelerates incident investigation by eliminating the hassle of signing into external mailboxes.
