Create PIR
To request for security information or approvals, create a PIR in CFTR and assign security team members to provide the requested information or approval.
Before you Start
Ensure that you have Create/Update permission for PIRs.
Steps
To create a PIR, do the following:
On the top app bar, click +New and select PIR.
Enter a title for the PIR.
Under Summary, enter the details of the PIR. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be entered to create a PIR.
Note
The fields for creating PIRs differ based on the form configured by the administrator in Form Management > PIR.
Description: Enter a description that best describes the key details of the PIR.
Priority: Select a priority for the PIR. This helps in grouping PIRs according to their priorities.

Assigned Group: Select a user group to assign the PIR. Only the users from the selected user group can be assigned to the PIR.
Due Date: Enter a due date for the completion of the PIR.
Exception Details: Enter the exceptions that you want to consider for the PIR.
On the right, to categorize the PIR, select the appropriate labels from Labels.
Click Submit.
CFTR creates the PIR with Open status and assigns a unique ID, for example, #PIR123. You can access the PIR from Menu > PIRs.
