Manage MSSP (Tenant) License

In License Management, you can monitor the usage details of components, such as the number of incidents created and the users added by your tenants. This helps you track and manage component allocations efficiently across your tenants. You can also view the license details, such as your license key, expiration date, license type, and other license details of your application.

To view your license details, follow these steps:

Go to Admin > License Management.

You can perform the following activities to manage your license:

  • Sync Now: To retrieve the latest license and usage details, click Sync Now. Your license will be synced with the Cyware License Management System (LMS) to retrieve the updated license details. License details are automatically synced at 00:00 UTC every day.

  • Request Upgrade: To increase the usage limit, click Request Upgrade.

    Note

    When you request an upgrade, an email is sent to Cyware Support with the upgrade request. Cyware Support will contact you to get the details of your usage requirements.

License management includes the following tabs:

Usage Monitoring.

In Usage Monitoring, you can monitor the usage details of your Respond and Orchestrate tenants. You can view the usage trend graph and component consumption details of your tenants.

Note

The usage data includes the overall usage since the day the tenant started using the application.

You can view the following usage details of your tenants:

  • Usage Trend: View the usage details of incidents and playbook runs across your tenants. You can either select Incidents or Playbook Runs and choose a tenant for which you want to view the usage trend. By default, you can view the usage trend details of all the tenants for a week. To open a detailed view of the graph, click View Details. In the detailed view, you can choose to view the usage data for 7, 30, and 60 days using the dropdown.

  • Usage per Day: View the daily usage of incidents and playbook runs across all tenants.

  • Users: View the number of read-only and standard users added with respect to the maximum number of users.

  • Tenants: View the number of tenants added for Respond and Orchestrate.

  • The table displays all the tenants and their usage details, such as the number of incidents created, standard users, read-only users, and more.

  • Export: To export usage data of your tenants, click Export, and select the Date Range and Format. Click Export. By default, 30 days is selected. The supported formats are CSV, XLS, and XLSX. Additionally, the export also includes the usage data of the parent tenant.

Version & License

Version and License enables you to view and manage the license of your Respond application. You can check the version details and update to the latest version to ensure smooth and secure operations.

You can view the following details in Version and License:

  • License: View the license key associated with your application. Click Show License Key to view the complete license key. You can also copy the license key. To edit the license key, click Edit, and enter the new license key. Click Save.

  • Expires on: View the expiry date and time of your license. You can also view the number of days remaining before the expiration of your license.

  • Update: To update the license key, click Update, and enter the new license key. Click Update License. After you update the license, you can view the updated license key and the expiration date.

  • License Type: View the type of your license. For example, CFTR MSSP Tenant.

  • Tenant and Tenant Code: View the tenant name and tenant code of your application.

  • Version: View the current version of your application. For example, 3.3.4.

  • License Components: View the number of Incidents, Read-only Users, Standard Users, and Tenants allocated to your license.

  • View Orchestrate License: To view the details of your Orchestrate license, click View Orchestrate License. You will be redirected to the Version and License page in the Orchestrate application.
