Update Knowledge Base Article

You can view the details of a knowledge base record and update the record from the knowledge base record details page. To update a knowledge base record:

  1. On the knowledge base record listing page, click a record title. The knowledge base details page appears.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Edit button.

  3. Update the fields and click the Save button.

  1. On the knowledge base record listing page, click a record title. The knowledge base details page appears.

  2. On the top-right corner, from the status drop-down list, select a status of the knowledge base record. Are you sure you want to make this Knowledge Base inactive/active? page appears.

  3. Click Deactivate/Activate Knowledge Base.
