Assign User Group
Assigned Group is a mandatory field to create incidents, actions, enhancements, or PIRs. Assigning the modules to the correct user group is important since you can assign a user to the modules from the assigned user group only. However, after creating the modules, any member of the assigned user group can re-assign the module to a different user group.
Note
Any user of the assigned user group who has Create/Update permission to the module can re-assign a new user group.
To assign an incident, action, enhancement, or PIR to a new user group, do the following:
Go to Menu and select a module under Threat Response.
Open an incident, action, enhancement, or PIR.
Under the title, click Edit on Assigned Group.
Select a new user group and enter the reason for re-assigning in Handoff Note.
Click Save.
