Configure Templates for Actions
You can configure export templates for actions to define the types of action data that you want to retrieve in the export file. The templates help security analysts to select a template and quickly retrieve relevant action data. You can create multiple templates based on the action type.
Create Action Export Template
To create an export template for actions, do the following:
Go to AdminPanel > Template Management and select Action on the left.
On the left, select Action > Export.
Click Create Template.
Enter a name for the template.
Select the fields to be exported under Overview and Summary.
At the bottom, select the additional information that you want to add, such as Connect the Dots, Time Tracking, Attachments, and more.
Review your selected data under Selected Records and click Save.
Manage Action Templates
You can perform the following activities to manage the export action templates:
Search for a template.
Upload a logo for a template. The logo appears in the export file header.
Update template details.
Delete a template.
Configure a template as the default template.
