Update Device
You can update the details of a device from the device details page. To update the details of a device, do the following:

Users with Create/Update permission for Devices can update the device details.
Go to Menu > Devices and open a device.
Select one of the following on the left to update the details:
Summary
License and SLA
Hardware and Network
Software and Security
Hover over a field and click Edit.
Update the details and click Save.
To view the update history of a field, hover over a field and click History. You can view the log entries of all the updates of the field.
Update Device Status
On the top-right corner of a device, the drop-down list shows the status of the device. Following are the various states of a device:
Clean
Suspected
Infected
Quarantined
Remediation - In progress
Remediated
Inactive
To update the device status, do the following:
Go to Menu > Devices and open a device.
Click the current status of the device on the top right.
Select a new status.
Click Yes, Proceed on the confirmation message.
