Manage License

License Management enables you to manage your application's license and keep track of the latest version to ensure your application is up-to-date with the latest features and security enhancements. You can view important information such as license details, expiration date, application version, and more.

Respond provides three types of licenses:

  • CFTR Enterprise: This license enables an enterprise to manage security incidents of an organization seamlessly. The licensing of a CFTR Enterprise license is based on the number of active users of the application, including standard and read-only users. For more information, see Manage Enterprise License.

  • CFTR MSSP (BU): The Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) enables you to seamlessly manage the security incidents of your business units. The CFTR MSSP license is based on the following usage limits:

    • Total number of incidents you can create per day

    • Total number of active users you can add (including admin and read-only users)

    • Total number of business units you can create

For more information, see Manage MSSP (BU) License.

  • CFTR MSSP (Tenant): The Managed Security Provider (MSSP) enables you to create tenants for both Respond and Orchestrate and manage allocations of components. This license is based on the following usage limits:

    • Total number of tenants you can create for Respond and Orchestrate

    • Total number of incidents you can create per day

    • Total number of standard and read-only users you can add in Respond and Orchestrate

    • Total number of playbook runs per day
