Configure Email Template
You can configure the email templates to update the content of the email subject and body. You can also configure the recipients of an email notification, such as the assignee, created by, updated by, and more.
Note
The logo in the email body is taken from the Light Mode logo that is uploaded in Admin Panel > Configurations > Basic Configuration > Logo. The logo in an email cannot be updated.
To configure an email template, do the following:
Go to Admin Panel > Email Customization.
Select an email template and click More > Edit Template.
Update the content of the email Subject and Body.
To insert a common field, place the cursor in the email subject or body and select a field from COMMON FIELDS (PREPARATION).
Select the recipients of the email notification from RECIPIENTS.
To preview the email template, click Preview at the top-right corner.
To reset the email template to default, click More > Reset to Default at the top-right corner.
Click Save.
