Manage Action Listing

To view the actions that are created on CFTR, go to Menu > Actions. By default, CFTR displays the list of actions that are in Open state in a List view. To manage the list of actions, you can perform the following activities:

  • Search and filter actions.

  • Reorder the actions based on ascending or descending order of the action titles.

  • Sort the actions based on the following criteria:

    • Relevance

    • Last Updated

    • Date Created

  • View the actions in the following view types:

    • List

    • Type

    • Status

  • View activity logs of the actions.

  • Export the actions.

  • Refresh the actions list to view the latest data. To refresh the actions list, on the top-right corner, click More > Refresh.

  • View the actions list in full-screen mode. To view the actions list in full-screen mode, on the top-right corner, click More > Full Screen.
