Export Incidents
You can export and download a list of incidents using Export. You can also export incidents based on an export template using Advanced Export. In Advanced Export, you can define the recipients of the export. All the recipients receive an email with the download link of the export. You can export the incidents in the following formats:
XLS
XLSX
HTML
JSON
To access and export incidents, you must have VIEW permission for incidents.
To access and export protected incidents, you must have VIEW permission for protected incidents.
To export incidents:
Go to Menu > Incidents.
To select the required list of incidents, apply filters in the search bar or select a pre-configured filter from QUICK FILTERS.
On the top-right corner, click Export, and then select an export format. The export operation is processed in the background.
To view the export progress, click Export, and then select Export logs. You can download after the export operation is complete.
To download the exported file, click Download.
Export Incidents Using Advanced Export
To export incidents using Advanced Export:
Go to Menu > Incidents.
On the top-right corner, click Export, and then select Advanced.
On the Advanced Export page:
From the Format drop-down list, select an export format.
From the Incident Export Template section, select an export template. The Details for Analysis of Incident section displays the fields that are defined in the selected template.
On the Additional Recipients section:
From the CFTR Users drop-down list, select the recipients.
On the Other Contacts field, enter the email IDs of the non-CFTR users separated by a space.
Click Export. The export operation is processed in the background.
To view the export progress, click Export, and then select Export logs. You can download after the export operation is complete.
To download the exported file, click Download.
All the recipients receive an email with the download link of the export file.
